Julie Avant offers more than fifteen years of experience in a wide variety of situations, as both a public accountant and one working directly for various engineering and petroleum-based concerns. As a result, she benefits from diverse expertise in both personal and corporate accounting and tax issues – in organizations scattered across the USA.

She received her Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1980, and her CPA certification in 1987.

Julie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Between finding time to be a gardener, a gourmet chef, and a “mad” quilter, Julie also serves as Treasurer of the Exeter Area General Federated Women’s Club.
