ADC completes the acquisition of Raymond E Jeffs CPA PLLC of Hampton, NH

Hampton, NH, July 15, 2021 – Ambrosi Donahue Congdon & Co., P.C. (ADC) a Massachusetts and New Hampshire-based full-service accounting, tax and advisory firm, announced that it has acquired the practice of Raymond E. Jeffs, CPA, PLLC (“Jeffs CPA”) of Hampton, NH, effective July 15, 2021.

Founded in 1993, Jeffs CPA serves a diverse client base across multiple industries including professional services, real estate, construction services and the not-for-profit sector.   Jeffs CPA provides a wide range of services, including accounting and financial consulting services, corporate and personal tax, bookkeeping, financial analysis, and financial training.  Jeffs CPA has a strong foothold on the southern NH and seacoast NH market that will expand the ADC reach into these areas.
