Anthony Rita, MSA, CPA
Anthony leads the Commercial division at ADC CPA. He works with closely held businesses across Massachusetts and beyond on corporate and personal tax, financial statement reviews, audits, and the year round advisory conversations that help owners stay ahead of what is coming.
Before joining ADC, Anthony was an audit manager at Grant Thornton in Boston, leading audit engagements across commercial practice. He started his career at Ernst and Young in Boston, where he built the technical foundation, the training, and the long term client relationships that have shaped how he works today.
Anthony has worked with public and private companies in technology, manufacturing, and commercial distribution. The common thread across every engagement is the same: be in the loop year round, raise the issue before it shows up on the return, and treat the client like a partner, not a deliverable.
