Brittany Leary, MBA, CPA
Brittany leads the Government Contracting and R&D Division at ADC CPA, the practice formerly known as Moker CPA PC. Her clients are venture-backed and government-funded, for-profit R&D startups (including SBIR, STTR, and other government funding sources), many of them spun out of university incubators on their way to commercialization.
Before joining ADC, Brittany worked in the finance and accounting consulting practice at RSM, where she managed financial reporting for her clients. That work influenced her mission to translate financial data to actionable insights, empowering founders to make informed decisions with confidence. By managing financial complexities, she ensures clients can maintain their primary focus on the research that drives their company forward.
Brittany started her career at RSM in the audit practice, working with public and private companies in real estate, government, and consumer products. That foundation in financial statement work and the discipline behind it still shapes how she runs every client engagement today.
