Our Story
Ambrosi Donahue Congdon and Co., P.C. has been serving business owners and their families for over fifty years. In July 2022, Anthony Rita and Brittany Leary stepped in as the firm’s new ownership, and have been steadily moving ADC toward the kind of practice they would want as clients themselves. Less reactive. Less transactional. More year round, more strategic, more in the loop.
That shift is intentional. The firms that win in the next decade are not the ones grinding out the highest volume of one and done returns. They are the ones who sit beside owners and help them think clearly about money, tax, and growth, all year long. That is the firm we are building.
